Amazing Art Studio in downtown crown may be an option, my daughters loved their winter break day camp and they divided the campers up by age. When she's old enough Ambitious Artists at Good Counsel is wonderful. I would also suggest looking at day camps that let kids pick a specialty so part of the day they are in an arts focused session (Summer at Sandy Spring does this, there may be a school by you that hosts camp like that).

My DD is 7 year old and would like to utilize her time in some learning. last year we went to city of gaithersburg summer camp and it wasnt horrible but we are looking for better experience this summer. She is interested in learning fun activity like arts & pottery. I am aware of Visarts in Rockville which is far from Germantown.
we are looking at Motngomerycounty summer camps , Visarts (if nothing works out ). Could you please provide suggestion for Arts & pottery.
Also any other Good full day summer camp programs near Germantown .

Any one has experience with Motgomerycounty recreation's Summer Program. I am just clueless for now which program/ camp to Join. I read many posts but mostly are for areas surrounding bethesda and rockville.
