It cheap and geared towards little ones with a decent amount of play. Think of it closer to the daycare side of the spectrum opposed to an enrichment camp. My boy liked it ok enough in between camps until up until 2nd or 3rd grade while my daughter didn’t much care for it. We tried to mix it up with art in the park and Calleva before they started traveling to sleep away camps. It gets repetitive for them so I would inject some Glen Echo camps and others into the fold.

Thanks, what makes it better? Besides the adult/kid ratio?

Doubtful someone looking at Wood Acres or camps in that vicinity wants to take their very young child 40+ min toward Olney for day camp

Easy, affordable and great for that age. They use the Wood Acres playground and do games and water play outside but utilize lots of indoor space which is nice on the sweltering days. I would say most folks use the aftercare for extended hours. Mix of kids from Wood Acres, Somerset and Westbrook.

Hi! Can anyone tell me about BarT summer camp? We are considering Bar-T’s Kid Camp at Wood Acres for our rising Kindergartener.
