Is this senior extremely wealthy? If so, you simply buy a place in an over 55 community and just go there for the summer and you pay to have someone check on things. Near the beach is not a good idea unless again, you have a ton of money to have someone maintain it and make sure things are boarded up for hurricane season when needed, etc.

Looking for a senior living (55+) place, but just for summers, maybe expanding into more than that over time.

Prefer northeast and near the beach. Any ideas?
