I went and looked at the trailer--no sound on. With all the green trees and overcast sky, and his weirdly white skin, I thought it was a scene from Twilight. Creepy.

Of course anyone would lose weight if we at nuts and berries and barely anything else. Do you really need a "biohacker" to tell you this.

His lifestyle is not the definition of biohack. Just HACK!

They are supposed to try and approve unusual techniques - not eating is not new.

He's divorced so he doesn't have a family. He's unemployed, sold his company for bazillions. So rich and aimless.

So many better things he could be doing.

I agree. He is mentally ill and needs therapy and meds. No one should be following his advice.

Also, “dinner” is eaten around 11am and then he stops eating for the day. He goes to bed around 8pm and wakes at 4am.

Must be nice to not have family or job responsibilities. Sometimes I would LOVE to hit they hay at 8!

It was a really sad documentary: a lost man in his sterile mansion, surrounded by charlatans, a PR woman and just his kid, all catering to him for money. He'd get way better results incorporating fitness and nutrition into his life, along with some socializing. Someone like Kelly Slater comes to mind. He has a really healthy lifestyle, looks great AND enjoys life!

He doesn’t look as young as he thinks, his organs did not age backwards, lies, he needs to stop dying his hair, he looks awful and dead like a corpse

So I’m not impressed that he spent millions to achieve NOTHING

This guy is really messed up. The "shaving years off your bio age" thing he thinks he achieved so well is silly. It can happen just with weight loss and fat loss and solid, good nutrition...And does all the time! As for gene therapy, good luck, but he already looks 55+ so I don't think it's working.

I will have to watch that as I enjoy all nutrition/lifestyle content. I have to say that physically he looks pretty awful, so pale and not good and older than his age?But maybe his lab work is great.

He avoids sunlight like the plague because it would age his skin.

That's weird. Sunlight is actually very beneficial for overall health

Isn’t he the one that forces his teen child to give him blood and plasma? That is so unspeakably awful.
