Her most recent book has a 52 year old woman and a teenager teaming up to stop a sorceress. It's such a fun read.

I also love that her men often have salt and pepper hair and are older. Give me a silver fox any day!

I like when mature characters are portrayed realistically. Some books have the 60+ people portrayed as OLD more like they are 80 or 90.

It isn’t extremely fluffy, but it is an easy read with a fun premise: The Husbands by Holly Gramazio.

PS I Hate You by Lauren Connolly - it's not complete fluff, but it has some heavy sex scenes toward the last 1/3. The main character, Maddie Sanderson's brother dies from cancer (book starts after his funeral), and she is tasked with spreading his ashes with his best friend throughout eight different states. She has a lot of healing and growing up to do from a disastrous childhood, the loss of her brother, and a failed one night with his best friend years prior.

It's a quick easy read, so still a bit of fluff and steam.

I read a lot of historical romance novels.

KJ Jackson and Sarah Maclean books are the best.

I feel like this category is still too broad, but here’s a sampling of some enjoyed:

Sophie Kinsella - I’ve Got Your Number and Can You Keep a Secret? (Rom-Coms)

Dorothy Gilman - Mrs. Pollifax series - grandmother turns CIA spy during Cold War

Elizabeth Hoyt - Maiden Lane series (Regency Romance)

Elizabeth Hunter - Elemental series (paranormal romance - vampires)

William Kent Krueger's Cork O'Connor mystery series. Such great writing and I love the setting and characters.
