In your shoes, I wouldn't even bother applying if you're not willing to do 5 day in office. Jassey has, unfortunately, taken away a lot of autonomy on this issue from Directors or VPs, so there's not really a way to negotiate on this point like there would have been in the past. I don't foresee a broad rollback of RTO 5, but it's possible he gives that discretion back to leaders to decide how they want to manage their teams. That's the hope for those of us there, but I wouldn't count on it and I think you wouldn't make it through hiring even asking about it. The direction from the top has been very clear even if it feels draconian to some of us, like me who only ever went in 3 days a week pre pandemic!
