I would think this is normal. My DH of 20 yrs never, ever says no. He would have sex literally every day if I was up for it. I think most men tend want frequent sex

If he had a bad fall and injured his back...why did you ask him for sex? Seems pretty inconsiderate.

My husband never has once and is 53 and we have been together since we were 25. I rarely have ever turned him down once even if I’m not into it myself.

DH here: my DW never initiates, so this is a kind of a theoretical question, but I can see turning her down in cases of illness or rather extreme fatigue. Most men are up for sex 95%+ of the time so this is quite normal. In the scenario you posit, he wasn’t horny at that moment, but the mere mention of sex changed that relatively quickly. This too is normal. Sex is an ever present desire for most men in ways most women don’t understand. Low T can change that a lot though, as can SSRIs

Dh rarely says no when I initiate, which I do frequently, maybe once a year and it’s because he’s tired or has stomach issues. He doesn’t want to, “die one short” so it’s his choice!

My husband of many years has only said no a few times. We’ve been married 34 years and I’m quite proud of that. I rarely say no but he is very smart about knowing when I’m in the mood or not. He’s rarely wrong.

In almost forty years with a HL wife, I have never said no that I can recall. I figure it’s my duty, and it’s a pleasant one!

This is weird, no? The other day we went skiing and he had a bad fall and hurt himself. Later we were lounging back at the condo and I suggested sex. At first he said no he is too sore and I was fine with it. But then 20 min later he was like, does the offer still stand??? Lmao. Poor thing was obviously struggling too.

I got to thinking about it and he has literally never said no to sex in 20 years. Meanwhile, I sometimes make up having a “bad period” when I don’t feel like it.

Is this normal for men and women? It makes me feel kinda bad for men.
