The creatine thread had me thinking about other supplements. Does anyone have any experience with Branch-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) or Beta-Alanine? I read Web MB and a bunch of articles on google but I was wondering if anyone can share their experience with these such as when they took the supplement(s) for best results and how much, how often, how many times per day, etc. Do you take these every day or only before and after training/competitions. Thanks
