Does anyone know if you can move funds from the MD529 prepaid plan to another 529 plan after 12/31/24 without a tax penalty? I know you have to transfer the funds by 12/31/24 if you need to make more than one transfer in a 12 month period and avoid a tax penalty. I am undecided as to whether to close the prepaid MD account and transfer funds to a regular 529 investment account. I'm wondering if i really need to make the decision by tomorrow or not. TIA
