Why did you overindulge in the first place?

Ok but give an actual suggestion. We all know what to eat in general (eg no meat soup) but are looking for specific recipes that pique our interest.

Salmon with rice and broccoli. I do a simple teriyaki glaze on n the salmon, with enough extra to drizzle on the rice.
Marinate chicken breasts in something and then grill and serve with rice
Baked potato bar
Eggs with toast and a little bacon
Fish tacos, with a few strips of leftover grilled chicken for anyone who doesn’t like the fish
These are things on my dinner list for the next week or two.

Salmon and sauteed greens
Chicken Tacos
Indian lentils in the instant pot
I just want some flavor and less red meat after a lot of "meat and potato" type meals

Fajitas (chicken, peppers, onions, guac, tortillas) are pretty light and healthy so long as youdon’t overload them with cheese or sour cream.
Sheet pan roasted salmon (with TJs salmon seasoning), asparagus, potatoes.
Baked chicken breasts seasoned with italian seasoning with slices of roma tomatoes on top (last few minutes broil with a little mozz cheese on top), roasted mixed veggies on the side.
Lentil soup with good bread.

We just do no carb dinners and no heavy sauces or cheeses, no heavy desserts. Baked chicken breast, some greens, navel oranges or apple for dessert if wanted.

Eat smaller portions. Do more vegetarian soups with salad or baguette on the side for those who want it. Focus on protein and veggies instead of carbs.

I’d like to see ideas too. Salads seem unappealing in this cold weather.
