I'm the OP and it looks like adjoining rooms in San Juan is the way to go. Full suites with a total of three beds do not seem to exist.

We booked through Costco. It was our first time doing that, and it was actually. great. I recommend getting the breakfast/brunch buffet included. Like any hotel, it’s expensive. Because it was included with our room, I didn’t feel like I was wasting it while still having access to whatever I wanted that morning.
