The Ina Panko Crusted Salmon is #1 in my book.

The NYT Peanut Butter Salmon is #2.

Both are easy, which is an added plus.

Actually Costcos frozen wild caught marinated salmon is really good. Lots of flavor from the seasoning.

Top with the chimmichurri sauce from Trader Joe's.

Poached in coconut milk with thai curry paste (either home-made and frozen in cubes, or just the store bought stuff in jars).

Cubed, spiced, and airfried (Pinch of Yum has a reliable recipe).

I like to broil salmon for 5-7 min, depending on thickness and add whatever seasoning I feel like using that day. Use high-quality salmon and you can't go wrong with whatever seasoning/preparation method you choose.

We typically just use olive oil and Saltwerks Arctic Thyme Salt on our salmon though; and top it with generous amounts of dill.

Bake or grill salmon with slices of onion and lemon. Spoon soy butter sauce on top.

Soy Butter sauce for salmon:
3/4 c. melted butter
2 cloves minced or pressed garlic
1 1/2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/3 cup sherry (red wine or sweet vermouth)
3 Tablespoons ketchup

We have it about once a week.
Either with potatoes and veg or rice and veg.
Like this or blackened on the stove in my cast iron skillet.

For parties, I poach in white wine flavored with lemon, parsley, peppercorns, dill, and shallot.

For weeknights, I season with ginger, garlic and soy sauce or lemon zest and brown sugar and bake.

My family is saying that my preparation of Salmon is uninspiring 😂😂. I would like to try some new dishes. What is your favorite way to prepare or recipe?

Thanks.
