Consumer Reports hates Jeeps as well, but Jeep owners keep buying Jeeps.

Among the Highlander, the Ascent, and the VW Atlas, I find the Atlas most attractive--but, it is the only one that I didn't test drive.

Atlas looks so boring but perhaps that’s a plus?

It’s only a little bit bigger than a pilot cargo wise, yet only seats 7 passengers vs a pilots 8. I guess if you are carrying 6 kids and hockey gear that’s the priority?

Yeah the huge size and the car seat friendly 3rd row access makes it minivan like and thus a hit with mommy bloggers with a gaggle of kids.

Like I said, when they have car troubles, it impacts my MIL, and I wish they would just get something reliable, not trending

Are you saying that German cars are so unreliable that even car thieves don’t want them? 😉

I am PP…will neither confirm nor deny, since I’m not a car thief

So I guess if you only plan to keep it for like four years, it’s a good deal because it’s so big and inside. But the consumer reports reliability is abysmal, but I assume for influencer types they get a new car frequently.

Oh wow, SIL is a huge Instagram Mom influencer type follower. Really do you think it’s just because some influencers like it? What kind of Mom groups are you talking about? Are they virtual and I look at them? I’m so curious? I really want them to get a Highlander because they have car problems. It affects by MIL.
