Life pro. My dad’s chiropractors office has one. Not sure if it works, he doesn’t use it.

These are just gimmicks sold at Costco!

I am literally on one now reading DCUM. (Not so easy to type.) I use it for lymphatic drainage. If it helps with bone density, even better. But It completely relaxes my body. I think doing exercises on it could be good to enhance balance.

I bought mine on Amazon. AXV vibration plate for $129 now. I got it on sale for $100. I used a professional version and this one doesn't feel any different, or lesser.

I’ve used one for years to help with my RLS. I bought a LifePro off Amazon and have been happy with it.

I tried one at my sister's house and I felt like my retinal were going to detach. Haha

I have overactive bladder and find it is not very comfortable for my bladder. I only last a few minutes. I think it makes a lot of people feel like they have to pee but the rest of the experience is fine.

Could you share which one you have at home? I’m interested for my athlete son as well. Thanks.

It isn’t supposed to be a workout of any kind, it is supposed to help with lymphatic drainage.

i don’t think it does anything except makes you feel good when you’re sore, which was reason enough for me to get one. it’s in no way a workout.

Which one did you get?
I'm actually more interested in getting one for rehabilitative purposes, not for a workout.

Just heard about these today. Sounds intriguing albeit gimmicky. If you have one, what are the benefits?
