OP - I have heard of it done but generally plastic surgeons want to do it a year later although some will at six months. https://wmhsplasticsurgery.com/plastic-surgery-after-c-section/#:~:text=Plastic%20surgeons%20typically%20recommend%20waiting,care%20for%20the%20new%20baby.

Tissue healing is so variable. You could have the finest surgeon in the hospital and still struggle. I’d not worry about this now.

An OB absolutely destroyed my uterus, left a huge cyst. The next one came by with a 2nd Csec and left if fully ruptured. OBs are incompetent surgeons. It is a running "joke" in surgery. I have an acquaintance who complained to the medical board about her single layer closure that left her with a symptomatic isthmocele and the medical board sided with the OB. It is well known single layer closure is inferior to that of double. Obstetrics has a systemic culture of abuse toward women.

Do you know how many plastic surgeons are trained on closing a uterus?

OP your suture line will be below your public hair line. Mine did an amazing job. I had two VBACs also.

The external scar doesn't matter. If it turns out ugly it can be revised by a tummy tuck. The scar on the uterus is what matters

This sounds like a you probably. Lots of women are prone to keloids, sorry your skin is just not perfect.

I don't have kelois. The scars on the outside are almost invisible.

You have more important things to worry about than your scar. Parental responsibility is going to blindside you. On the other hand, maybe you have enough money to pay for 2 nannies and a night nurse.

I think outside of really arranging a very personal experience or being a hospital employee who can pull some strings (like has a friend plastic who agrees to be there at that time) it is pretty hard to pull this off. You would need to like, hire a plastic surgeon and have them on call for that whole time period. I imagine it would be very expensive.
