Far East on Nicholson st. will customize their stir fries. Pick dishes with white sauce, not brown, and request light salt, no MSG. They have a Peking Shrimp Dish with plenty of vegetables but substitute white meat chicken. You can also ask for no salt and add your own seasoning. I like Momofuku's tingly salt, a lot of flavor using just a little. You can also request that minimal oil be used. Chinese restaurants that consider themselves a step above will do this.
They have handicap parking. I would do weekdays only or late afternoon on the weekends.
