Pedialyte solves hangovers but you have to drink a lot of it. Drink one bottle before bed and one bottle in the morning.

Oh my worst ever was day before my college graduation. We had a huge parent and student luncheon at my dean's house and there was a massive party the night before. I remember my roommates and I being curled up on the floor in the morning and just praying it wasn't our family that was arriving first. It was mine. The whole time I just kept telling myself "don't puke on the dean, don't puke on the dean". Because of my sport, I'd had a fairly good relationship with the dean so he kept talking to me and my family and introducing us to people and I was DYING. My parents took me out for a fancy dinner and I could barely eat anything.
Thankfully I was ok for my graduation the next day.

So many people with clear drinking problems on this board. Yikes. Jeff, please flag all these posts with info for AA meetings.

I don't do late parties very often anymore. When I do, I start drinking early (before the party), and once I feel toasty/tipsy/drunk, I try to stop drinking. Then I either start drinking water and eating party snacks, or go home. Something about staying up late and drinking gives me a hangover and I'm too old for that.

How did you achieve this because I’ll drink anything and puke as much as necessary to get to sleep all afternoon.

Are you sure you had a hangover or were puking from that and it wasn’t food poisoning or a stomach bug?

This is why we don't go out to party on 12/31. Too many amateurs who never drink out there (including those who decide they are OK to drive home).

I’ve heard many alcoholics don’t get hangovers. Honestly, the hangovers are what keep me from drinking much. Who knows where I’d be if I didn’t feel so crappy the day after drinking.

Another holiday party casualty here. I rarely drink and must have zero tolerance. I came home and made myself throw up.

I just got over a hangover. It was awful. I was walking my dog and had to throw up. I just hope none of my neighbors caught it on their ring cameras. Ugh.
