I didn’t realize it was shipping from Australia either. I will never order from them again. When I sent an email to them through their contact page with my order #, and asking for a shipping update, I first got a “hey we are busy and will get back to you soon” message. And then got a message days later saying “do you need help still, if so please send your order number and what you need” so they basically totally ignored the super specific message I originally sent. They will never see another penny of my money.

I ordered on the 25th and it just arrived in the US per tracking as of yesterday - I do think it took a week to ship out, so yeah it’s like 2 weeks with Australia post. Crossing fingers it gets here in time as it shows “awaiting clearance”

Yep. They take forever. Looks like DD is getting a picture of a hoodie boxed this year while we wait.

I’m that PP and yes it did update when it left Australia and then it also updated once it got into USPS hands.

I ordered 12/2 and it's still showing an Australia location, but hasn't been updated since last Friday. For the PP who got it yesterday, was shipping actually updated?

OP that’s about how long they take. I resisted buying that brand bc I thought the website and regular clothes looked trashy, but I’ll admit the hoodies and pants we bought 2 years ago have held up very well and still look new. (Wish I could say the same about aviator nation and others my dd wanted)

Anyone else order from there and have you received your package? I ordered on November 30 and still have not received. It did not know it was coming from Australia.
