What have y'all got?

I like the idea of an egg nog panna cotta type thing; anyone know how I could make one?

I make egg nog panna cotta with egg nog and Knox gelatin, and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
I add egg nog to waffles, bread pudding, French toast and sweet potato pie.

You could make a chess pie with eggnog spices, that would be delicious

I loved eggnog ice cream. Friendly's used to have it when I lived in Boston. Can't find any here now.
So I take vanilla ice cream (I use Hagen Dazs) and quicky soften it, mix in bowl with eggnog, refreeze.indo the same with vanilla ice cream and crushed Starlite Mints to get peppermint ice cream.

This. It's basically thin custard with a lot of nutmeg. Anyplace you can use a custard, pastry cream, creme anglaise, etc., you can egg nog it!
