I finally lost 5 pounds.
I had to cut out most processed food. The only grain I eat is 1/2 cup of rolled overnight oats, occasionally a slice of sourdough bread, and every other day or so, quinoa, brown rice mixed with lentils.
I cut out pasta, pizza, and hamburger π buns and granola and cereal and popcorn with butter.
I added more fat like walnuts, pecans, avocado π₯, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. I added more leafy greens like steamed spinach and kale.
Instead of eating a cheeseburger, I ate turkey meatballs with steamed spinach and mushrooms with marinara sauce sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
Or I microwaved an egg and steamed spinach and mushrooms with avocado π₯ sourdough toast.
I have been full after meals.
The last 5 or 10 pounds are sometimes considered stubborn. The weight loss is slower at a pound a week. You can't restrict calories anymore. You have to eat more nutritious calories.
Anyone else relate?
Yes, I can relate.
But do you only need to lose 10 pounds total, or is this your final 10? I had - and have - much more to lose. Nevertheless, the 20# I lost began with doing similar things (eliminating/making rare soda and breads, adding more veggies and nuts and MUFAs, etc) and also walking 30-60 minutes 5 or more times a week.
But I've been stuck for a few years now and can't figure out how to start moving the needle again for the remaining 20-30#. Anyone have suggestions? (Other than weights, because I have shoulder and wrist tendon issues precluding that)

I need to go down to 2 meals like fruit/vegetable snack, salad with protein and 2-hour cardio with some weights.
Have you had a full blood panel/screening done? If you need to do a 2 hr workout and only eat fruit/vegetable snack and a salad with some protein in order to not be overweight....something seems off.
