Lol herbal supplements. Come on.
Hi. Guess you’ve never taken vitamins or had a cup of mint tea either. Maybe look at nutritional supports before being a snarky pants. Ashwaghanda for your sweet disposition.
NP - I’ll be honest. I don’t really want to discuss cups of mint tea with my physician. Seems like a complete waste of both our time. If you think it has a measurable effect, I suggest you look a little closer at the placebo effect.
Sounds like you are fairly rigid in your thinking. Do you. Allopathic medicine is your jam. That’s ok.
No, I know the experience of most MOs and DOs. Also as I said, I know about the placebo effect.

No they are not. I used herbal supplements and lots of self care and would not touch HRT. My dh likes to joke he had no idea I went through menopause. lol. Bonus. Just with my daily evening walks after work I managed to better my bone density and overalll bone health. My DS full on osteoporosis and she is a walking poster child for HRT. She is the main reason I wouldn’t put that in my body, would never want to feel the way she does on a daily basis.
