You're not allowed to complain if you haven't had the courage to push for a refund, send her a bad review on her social media, etc. Sometimes you need to be a hard ass, OP. Haven't you learned this already in your life? Practice now, with something as low-key as a hair stylist, so that when something serious happens to you or a loved one, you can muster up the courage to fight.
If you want to continue being a doormat, fine. But in that case no one wants to hear about your hair. You'll just have to like it and lump it.
