My machine makes ristretto, lungo, cappuccino, flat white, espresso, and others. Some make espresso macchiatos, mochas, and coffee drinks which are made with flavored syrups.

With the right machine, you can have plenty of automated options; with a manual machine, your skill and patience will drive your options.

Switch to oat milk creamer. It tastes good.

Cold brew

I just make regular lattes without any extra flavoring, but you could just experiment with different flavor syrups instead of vanilla. Pumpkin spice is popular, or gingerbread. Maybe chocolate mint?

Make a cocktail

Gunfire coffee (add rum and sugar)
Irish coffee (whiskey and/or baileys)
Spanish coffee (Tia Maria and brandy)
Carajillo (Licor 43 and Tia Maria)
