Probably a bit of a long shot, but I am looking for a horseback riding holiday/vacation experience . . . ideally where you stay onsite in a lovely hacienda and do daily lessons/excursions in a gorgeous countryside. And, I'd like it to be in a Spanish-speaking country so my daughter can get some good Spanish language learning/private tutoring in as well. Anyone done anything like this?
