Also doing a night kayak tour. We are obviously going to walk around and explore, see what's going on Duval Street and all. But what else do those who have been their recently suggest? This will be my first time there. Are the haunted tours worth it? What about pub crawls? We like to have fun, drink, meet new people, etc. But we also aren't looking for anything too young/rowdy.
Also, I've been made aware this isn't really a beach destination. But, is there anywhere to go layout by the ocean? Thank you!

Agree.
And we like the Key West Butterfly Conservatory on Duval, as well. It’s not just butterflies - flamingos and other birds and wildlife are there, too.

Check out Smathers, Higgs and Fort Zachary Taylor beaches. I’ve been to all and they are pretty decent. Bahia Honda State Park is a short car ride from Key West and used to be very nice as well.
If you like nice dining, I’d make a reservation asap for dinner at Latitudes on Sunset Key. It’s a small island just off of Key West and has good food in an incredible setting.
Thank you for your input about Eden House! I'm glad to hear good things.
Is Latitudes a lot nicer than A&B Lobster house? We are wanting to get pretty dressed up. But the menu at Latitudes wasn't as appealing to us.
