"My salary may fight" meaning what? In LCPS your salary is always set by your salary lane: degree, credits, and experience.
I doubt CB will change much for us. Most teachers I know would like LEA to fight not for salary but for things like planning time.

What’s it means now that’s LCPS has acquired collective bargaining by LEA? My daughter is finishing her M.Ed and I want to help her understand if now there’s a politician who’s going to remove her ‘my salary my fight’ option
