Christmas Eve is always for ordering a Chinese takeout feast and watching Mickeys Christmas Carol and other Christmas movies

I change up Christmas Day. last year we had traditional prime rib and roasted potatoes and popovers but this year I’m going to do baked spaghetti and garlic bread and a Yule log

We will probably do enchiladas (both red and green). We have other things in the rotation but that's a crowd favorite.

Which is why we order at Tout de Sweet everytime we decide on a yule log.

Yule logs are very forgiving! You can always make ganache to cover any cracks in the top, then sprinkle with powdered sugar/decorate with meringue mushrooms, frosting "holly" etc.

We always have stuffed shells. Everyone loves them and always asks for them. They are pretty easy and there isn’t a whole lot of things happening at once - you make them early and they have to cook for an hour.

This is my first year hosting and I'd love inspiration. There are no expectations re: a traditional meal, so open anything!
