Ever since Covid our AART required it to be digital.
I would email it on a day when your AART is at your school (not all of them are at a given school all week, ours was only at our school - which was a center! - 3 days a week) and get confirmation that it was received. If you miss the deadline they literally can't do anything about it.
Apparently ours said at the info session that she will not confirm receipt, which seems kind of whacky to me. I have had emails to FCPS addresses fail before!
