. JFC. They said they can send request to expedite but can't guarantee it will happen. The first request the CS rep sent over was denied. So it is a replacement with expedited.
Truly a very serious downturn in CS and I have been using them over 25 years.

The chat bot told me the cards had been re-ordered but another chat bot told me no re-order had been placed. I did get email confirmation that an order is suppose to arrive by the 16th. This is the first time I've had an issue with them.

What? CALL and demand they rush print/overnight ship the replacements for free. Keep escalating until an acceptable solution is offered. Some people are so afraid of confrontation or being a “Karen” that they won’t fight legitimate wrongs!
