Check out Tauck tours. An alternative might be a cruise which caters to that demographic, i.e., not a 6-star luxury line, but a mega-ship with extensive kid-friendly activities.

Pacific Northwest. Do Seattle for 2 days and then find a rental on one of the islands in Puget Sound. Do water activities, hiking, swimming exploring for a bit. It's such a gorgeous place.
If you need a more active trip, do Seattle and then do Olympic NP or Vancouver.

Really most of the national parks. We did Acadia and got a house in Trenton on the water (with kayaks). Spent time between kayaking and exploring the park (then restaurants/site seeing in bar harbor).
Glacier is gorgeous or Banff/Jasper or any of the parks in Washington or Oregon?

We've already done Costa Rica, Iceland, Yellowstone, Maine and Yosemite.
We were looking for something similar and settled on Beaches Turks and Caicos. We don’t normally do AI but seems to fit the bill for both activity and parents having a chance to relax.

Good idea. Very accessible as well- airport with good number of flights within 30 minutes.
