Please explain why?

The woman in the song isn't even married, because she also wants a ring. So who is santa?

Yes.
My husband has gifted me cars over the years for mothers day, Valentine's day and most recently our kids flying the coop!

Judging by some of the flashier cars in the pickup line at our kids' private school, I'm guessing: Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes G-Wagon, Porsche Cayenne or Macan, Range Rover, and the Tesla SUV with the wing doors. Maybe also the Rivian SUV.

I just purchased my 35 years old wife a 2025 Lexus LC500 because that's her dream car.

I always wanted a Volvo xc70.
Now, not sure- maybe a little Fiat. Will have to wait until after 2029 and prices come down.

I want a mustang convertible. Likely purchase after DD graduates from college.

The classic Christmas song "Santa Baby" has a line about a woman wanting a '54 Cadillac convertible, in light blue, from Santa (husband). It always makes me chuckle. Obviously tastes have changed a great deal in the last 75 years. I'm not even sure married women dream about cars anymore? Maybe luxury SUVs? A '25 Range Rover, in black, doesn't have the same ring to it for a song.

If you're a married woman and have a dream car (or SUV) you'd love to find in the driveway with bow on it, what is it?

Thank you.
