Not dated at all aside from the lack of current technology, it has aged very well. I am reading things I missed from the NYT's "100
Best Books of the 21st Century" and this is one I couldn't put down. The story was so vivid and relatable, if I had read it when it first came out I would have been in my 20s and I wouldn't have appreciated it as much as I do now.

And I think Gary’s wife was really petty for not going to Christmas. Enid isn’t that bad.
