The Whole Foods hot/cold bars are our go-to. Harris Teeter also has some decent prepared proteins (barbacoa, pulled chicken/pork, etc.) that work well for quick tacos, burritos, wraps, salads, etc. Pick-up what ever other fresh items you need to complete the meal

Most seafood counters will also steam your items for you while you do the rest of your shopping. Grab steamer bags of potatoes, rice and/or veggies or a bagged salad and done.

Wantons or pot stickers cooked in boiling boxed broth for about 5 minutes.

Can eat simply as is or throw in whatever vegetables you have on hand, like a handful of baby spinach in the last 30 seconds of cooking or even frozen veggies. If you have a little more time, it's even better with fresh snipped green onions and a dash of toasted sesame oil and rice vinegar.

Trader Joe’s frozen Asian meals: kung pao chicken, orange chicken, broccoli beef etc. serve with a side of vegetables and steamed rice.

We are not eating out at all, and are now limiting any takeout.

But, I also don't want to cook 24-7!

Do you have favorite foods that are ready or minimally prepped from the supermarket? I know they have hot bars and cases of chicken and potatoes, etc. I'm looking more for ideas like- grab some slider rolls and the pulled pork BBQ from the meat section ideas that I haven't thought of yet.
