Yes, but the campus is just a massive sprawl. My niece went there. She said sometimes she would skip classes in the winter because she didn't want to wait for the bus to take her across campus.

Yes, it is. Rutgers has so many majors/schools along with Honors Programs/Living learning communties, entrepreneurship lab, etc. It makes a large school feel smaller.
I went there for grad school and liked it.

Yes. It’s very selective in state for the New Brunswick campus.
