I dislike visible logos so I’m not a fan of the Chanel. I also prefer the style of the Celine.

I would choose the Celine here because I don’t love the top handle on the Chanel. But I would choose a Bottega Veneta over both.

Here’s my issue is Chanel in a way becoming tacky? The Celine bag has a very small, discreet logo, but I also can see it being dated soon as the style has been out for awhile

I never choose chain straps, because my hair gets caught in them. I also avoid highly recognizable styles - there are too many fakes. The Celine is lovely but too structured for me. I prefer softer lines.
