If you don’t need the SSAT or ISEE for any other schools your kid is applying to, do the Potomac test. If your kid is taking SSAT or ISEE anyway, don’t bother with the extra. I don’t think getting a good score on the I’m-house test is any more of a “leg up” than a good score on the standardized test. It’s literally just another option for families who are applying.
