I just buy them by the 100s on amazon. You can get 400 for about $25.

Ha, we also live someplace without plastic bags and bring back extras when we visit my parents. Also got excited about styrofoam cups for my cold drinks while visiting DS at college.

We probably get too much takeout so have no shortage of plastic bags. Not sure why this is an issue for you. Florida sucks anyway.

...we were in FL for Thanksgiving and I brought home like 20 plastic shopping bags. I agree they should be universally banned but in the meantime, I am enjoying the novelty and putting them to good use.
