Depends what your goal is. Are you trying to lose weight? If so then your diet is the most important thing anyway. Exercise doesn't burn that many calories.

Are you just asking about general benefits from exercising? Then yes its fine.

If you were training for the Olympics, you'd want to worry about this level of detail, but it's not going to make much, if any, difference to 99 percent of people. The best exercise is the one that you actually do, so if this works for you now, go for it. (I actually would guess that breaking it up would be slightly better, because you'd be rested enough to work a bit more intensely, but any effect will be totally marginal.)

It's fine. Don't overthink it.

It's probably better because after a 30 minute run, you might not be pushing hard enough for the videos.

For the last 2 months or so, I have trying to do the following most weekdays:
-30 mins running or rowing
-20 mins Peleton Core video
-10 mins Peleton Light Weights video

My morning schedule is getting lunches/breakfasts and dinner prep ready, getting the kids to school, etc from 6-7:30.
I used to wake up at 5 am and do my morning workout, but with the cold and dark, I have been recently splitting it up - doing the videos at 5:30, and running at 7:30. This allows me to shower and get online for work by 8:30.

Am I not getting the same exercise benefit by breaking it up into 2 thirty minute chunks?
