i agree with this.
Because of the garbage disposal, the feed rate of flour into the pipe is smaller. Since you scooped that disposal area out, you probably got most of what didn't naturally flow out and along with the flushing water.
You may never have any problem. If when your hand is healed, you want to check the trap, that would be a good double check.
If the water backs up, try a plunger on the drain to destabilize the surface of the flour mud. When fully soaked it should be like mud and not concrete.
