SAIS is a very useful graduate program, but it's not a great education. Too many adjuncts. And while the combined BA/MA program sounds appealing, getting an MA without work experience isn't all that useful - much better to work for a few years and then use the MA to deepen knowledge/credentials around a specific area.
Adjuncts are a positive for an education that deals with the real world.
