Yes! We went yesterday. The trick is to go midway through the day--and earlier the better. If you wait until next week, the selection is nil for similar price.

The trick is to go on opening weekend, so check the calendars of the tree farms. Since most of them open quite early in the season, this means you need to keep your tree alive until Christmas. Make a fresh cut when you get home, put it in water immediately, and place it away from heat sources.

Our favorite is a little gem called Feezers Farm. They're not open every year, because they're a small operation and need to let their trees grow. The owners used to live in our close-in DC neighborhood and they're very nice. They have the usual varieties of trees, plus white pines, which my kids love because the needles are very soft (doesn't look like a Christmas tree, but never mind). They only do trees, there's no entertainment or gift shop.

Went to https://www.tlvtreefarm.com/ today and lots of good trees. We’ve given up on butlers orchard.

We just left Snickers Gap. A lot of trees to choose from.
