I recommend Head2Toe health in Bethesda, it’s so close to Nova and run by an RN who is absolutely amazing, Nurse Deirdre Angelastro. Her staff is incredible, and she is a true health care provider I.e. she’s devoted to increasing your health, vibrancy and quality of life. I moved out of the area and haven’t found someone like her!!

Looking for a clinic/med spa recommendations for weight loss meds, B12, NAD+ injections. Not obese so looking for the places doing micro dosing options. I’m familiar with all the online options but would love a local place if at all possible. TIA!
