The 34 is the superscore. If a college superscores the ACT, I'd definitely report that.
I did! I sent to all. This is the wording used:
All of the above scores will be sent to each college or agency that you choose to receive your superscore. All scores from every test event that were part of the superscore will be sent. Every superscore report you choose to send will also include your highest full ACT test. Not every college or agency accepts a superscore at this time, so by sending a full ACT test, you are ensured the college or agency will receive a score they can accept, regardless of their admission policies.
