I saw those but which one works best and can you still adjust (at least slightly) with one on?

DH and I have been sharing a queen sized bed for 20+ years. We recently bought (arrived yesterday) a split king adjustable bed from Bob's Furniture. In hindsight we probably didn't need to split king. We don't really have different needs, we just needed more space so I don't bounce and wake up when he gets in, and I need to be able to sleep in a zero gravity position due to back issues which he wouldn't mind. We probably should have just gotten an adjustable king, but we'll try this out for a while before returning it.

My biggest complaint is it feels like we are sleeping in two seperate beds with the gap in the middle. We want to be able to cuddle without feeling that separation. Are there gap fillers that will move with the different bed positions? I'm just trying to figure out how to make this work.
