Used BMW, no thanks. think about $/time you have to spent until you sell it at deep discount

Very well thought of dealer, service, Carfax, independent mechanic look all check out. Anything else I should be aware of? Has one year of original warranty left + CPO one year. Planning on driving it 10,000 miles/year or another 50,000.
