So you delight in being smug about your win and continuing to "own the libs" on an anonymous message board? Does that sound mature to you? I'm pretty sure your parents taught you as a kid that when you won a competition or a game, it wasn't right to lord it over the kids who didn't win, even if you secretly felt superior to them. When Dems won in the past, my first thought was not to run to an anonymous message board and "own" some conservatives--I just felt relieved. The perverse pleasure MAGAs take in taunting the losing side of the recent election tells me that it's more about the game than the anything else.

Is this a joke? How is my posting that I am delighted not angry now twisted into being smug? Get a grip. OP made a false statement that we are angry. We absolutely are not. Nor would you be if your party had just taken over the government in a mandate so don’t even pretend.

Helluva troll job, OP! Well done.

My question to MAGA is what would make you feel all is right with the world? Trump has all the branches of government so what more is it that you’re looking for?

Full of hate because they are the losers in the modern economy.

+100 The only anger I see are from liberals melting down over their loss. The mentally unwell libs are posting videos online about how they are divorcing their spouses because they voted for Trump, threatening violence, shaving their heads etc.

My theory is that they are trolls and bots sowing division. If we keep hating each other and hate each other more, we’re easier to control.

This is satire, right? A trolling attempt?

For many of them, the idea of Trump is better than the reality of Trump. This is his final act, but they want to stay in "campaign rage" mode.

There are biological (brain imaging)studies demonstrating that self-identify liberals and conservatives process information differently. Conservatives are hard wired to respond more aggressively to perceived threats. You can debate the whole nature/nurture aspect, but the bottom line is that conservatives aren’t going to become happy and joyful just because their guy is in office- fear and aggressiveness is the core of their personality.

It's a side effect of all the disinformation they consumed during the election, especially in swing states. I visit my parents in a swing state, and the absolute trash they were getting in the mail every single day was horrifying.

NP. The idea that MAGA is entirely working class is laughable. There are plenty of MC and UMC MAGA. The anger is unbelievable.
