definitely. I saw some terrible ref behavior between games over the weekend (I had driven my kid to the tournament to ref) and we reported it.

I would simply because you never know if this is a pattern of behavior and your report tips something over the edge. Or if your report plus a later one will make a difference.

Slightly different scenario but we had a situation where something about a coach felt "off" to a parent. They reported it up, but on it's own it wasn't reason not to ask the coach back. However it was enough to keep an extra eye out. Sure enough more red flags popped up the next season.

My son was an assistant referee for a game, and the main ref, who my son said was in his 40s, made some gross comments to him about women and used the C word repeatedly (the players were male, so no relation to the actual game). My son just turned 14, and I am considering submitting a complaint to the referee assignor. My son wasn't upset, more irritated. Would you bother?
