There is a big difference between 5 and 10 lbs. 5 lbs in 3 weeks is okay, 10 lbs is too fast. You may need to reduce the dose.
Seeing the doctor only in 3 months seems like not a great idea. I went for monthly inBody scans in the beginning and blood work after 2 months to make sure there weren't issues. You also need to move up the dose slowly - I went from .25 (on ozempic) to .5 after 1 month but then stuck with .5 for several months before moving to 1.
