What kind of filler? I got a collagen stimulating filler in my chest and it made a huge difference

Which brand and do they work? I need to change the way I sleep, stomach and side but I am starting to "crinkle crepe" bad, age 60. Need something. My neck makes me the most worrisome, I tried a filler but it left me with bumps. I had to have them take out.
