Title pretty much says it all. I am a 40 G and have lost 60 pounds in the past two years, primarily through diet changes. I want to lose an additional 40 pounds. I need and want to step up my cardio but literally can’t because I have yet to find a sports bra that works. I have some from Harper Wilde that are fine for walking, boxing, and free weights, but I literally can’t even do jumping jacks, never mind go for a run. Where should I be looking? 50 years old, 215 pounds, 5’9” for what it’s worth. Thanks!
